Dear Friends and Family,

The Xi’an/Xifeng team has not been affected by any flu issues. We are still on target to head to Xifeng, L. Willing.

Here are a few details about the new city: Xifeng is in Gansu province, one of China’s poorest provinces. Today, Xifeng, a small city about 300 kilometers (or 3 hours by bus) away from Xi’an, is the center of politics, culture, and administration for Gansu’s Qingyang District. Our Chinese host says, “The most important thing is that the students there never have had American teachers; they are thirsty for your top rank English learning course and activities.” (They may not know it yet but they are thirsty for other things, too!)

We are getting ready for this special time—will you be willing to commit in support with your “thoughts” for us?
