Xining to Shanghai - Going Out with a Bang!

Cindy here with one last report from the Xining team- as usual, the internet is hard to track down and our days are busy. Right now I am crouched in Jason and Laura's room on our 1 yuan a minute internet with the china/usa basketball game playing in the background - in Chinese, of course. Let's go back to the last days of camp....

Exciting Events in Xining

We hit the ground running, after a weekend of touring and shopping. Monday night we had a talent show put on by the students and Americans. It was a lot of fun watching the students perform. We enjoyed acts that included singing, Tibetan dancing, skits and a crazy magic show put on by Josh and Jordan.

Live from Xining.......English Camp - Woo hooooooo

Hello American Friends!

Rain, rain, go away!

It has been raining here since Wednesday. It has made getting to the classroom as little more challenging. We are climbing through a fence and walking through some mud several times a day.
Our challenge night went well despite the rain. The cup stacking games was the hit of the night.
